I found the hotel to be a fantastic choice for our family stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and just the right size for my husband, my three young children, and me. The staff over the weekend were incredibly helpful and kind. The location, even though in a semi-industrial area, was very convenient for accessing Chicago and offered a variety of dining options nearby. The dining experience was great, especially the omelets. However, the overcrowded and noisy environment, along with wet furniture and soggy floors, were noticeable downsides.

I splurged on this hotel for its unbeatable location that perfectly suited my plans. The rooms were comfortable, although not impeccably clean, and the pillows could use an upgrade. The service was exceptional, especially when they helped accommodate a delay in my plans for a wedding. The convenience of the location was a major plus, making it easy to find and near various essential spots for a satisfying stay. The dining experience fell short with not-so-fresh options, but talking to the front office helped address this. While the hotel wasn't entirely perfect, the overall experience was worthwhile for the price paid.
